All our items are made to order. We encourage you to check and read about your purchase before placing an order. Here's all that you need to know regarding getting them to you:
Merchandise will be dispatched and delivered between 7-15 days after the order is confirmed. Please read the product descriptions for any exceptions in delivery times before placing your order.
The process involves a few different people - designers, delivery teams and border controls - owing to this, there may be anomalies in delivery times but we will endeavour to keep these to a minimum.
If you have loved and purchased multiple products, these products may reach you at different times i.e. your total order will reach you in installments.
Our delivery teams will attempt to deliver your purchase three times over a period of four working days before it is considered a non-delivery and sent back to us. Its customers responsibility to pick up calls, provide OTPs and cooperate with our courier partners. We cannot make any special requests regarding delivery or pickup. If a shipment gets returned to seller, you will have to bear the cost of re-shipment. In case customer is unavailable does not want to reship the item and would like a refund, Rs150 will be deducted towards courier charges which we have already paid.
All exchanges need to be arranged on our website, within 5 days of receiving the item. No exchanges will be entertained beyond 5 days. All items must be in perfect unworn condition, with original tags labels and packaging. We will arrange a pickup and once we receive it, We will check for damages and process your exchange request. No exchange in colour or design, only size. We reserve the right to refuse exchange incase item has been worn, damaged or not in original packaging/tags. Only 1 time exchange permitted per order, We can only exchange if you use our size recommendation. Return pickup will be attempted 3 times after that the return will be closed.
All deliveries require the named person's signature, so please ensure you're available at your selected delivery address.
Delays owing to customs, interstate regulations, strikes, delivery outage are unfortunately out of our control, however we will communicate the status to you at all times. Delays due to designers production capacities will be captured at the outset and communicated to you at the time of order confirmation - you may reserve the rights to accept or cancel the order.
Should we fail to deliver products due to product or size unavailability, inventory, for a period of 2 weeks. We will cancel your order and offer you a full refund. We will ask for photos and customers is expected to cooperate
For all international deliveries, customs and duties will have to be paid on arrival by the customer if applicable.
In case of non serviceable pin codes due to COVID-19 regulation please expect a delay in shipment.
We do not accept returns, however in case of incorrect size, we will be able to process an exchange for one time per order number subject to availability in that size. Any exchange request must be done on the website within 5 days of item receipt.
In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving your order.
In case of any disputes/queries post purchase, you can write to us at hello@basicallydesi.com for a resolution. We can assure you a call back for solution within next 48 working hours.
Exchange
We do not accept returns or exchange on custom made, made to measure or items on sale.
Items sold under promotions, or at a discounted price cannot be exchanged or returned
